Information we collect

- The content of messages you exchange with us, including on WhatsApp.
- Delivery and read status of the messages we send you.
- Details about the course, batch or service you enquire about.

How we use it
- To answer your enquiries and provide the services you asked for.
- To send updates you opted in to receive about courses, admissions, schedules and payments.

We contact you on WhatsApp only where you have opted in, or where you messaged us first.

We use the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. Messages you exchange with us are delivered through Meta's infrastructure and are additionally governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy. We do not use WhatsApp data for advertising, and we do not sell it. You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP.
Sharing
We share personal data only with service providers who help us operate — messaging, website hosting, payment processing and analytics — under confidentiality obligations, and where the law or a valid legal request requires it. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Conversation records and enquiry details are kept for up to 24 months from your last interaction with us, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Records we must keep for tax or statutory reasons are retained for the period the law requires.
